This is the type of early bobblehead that represents the golden age of vintage baseball nodder collecting. The exaggerated oversized head, smiling facial expression, classic White Sox uniform and colorful green team base give this piece tremendous display appeal.
Unlike modern resin bobbleheads, early nodders were produced as decorative collectibles and surviving examples can show considerable variation in paint, lettering and condition.
